Rajinikanth meets Chief Minister:

• It was the turn of ‘Super Star’ Rajnikanth to call on Chief Minister M Karunanidhi at the latter’s residence in Chennai. The meeting between the two generated a lot of hype and expectations.

• Sources close to the actor said Rajinikanth has met the Chief Minister Mr.M.Karunanidhi in connection with the Best Actor award given to him by the State Government for his performance in Chandramukhi.

• Rajnikanth expressed his Thanks and his happiness with Karunanidhi and the latter appreciated his performance in the recently-released ‘Sivaji’.
